I remembered this verse in Isaiah, 55:1: "Is anyone thirsty? Come and drink—even if you have no money. Come, take your choice of wine or milk—it’s all free!"
It reminded me of this feeling, that I have not paid for this with my sorrows, not earned it with my work, not grasped it and wrestled it down, but simply been given it.

An enigma of collosal devastation
Those were the words once revealed in a time only visited in memory. I have since become something else. What THAT is I am yet finding.
